Tell us what is wrong

Comparative legal data goes out of date the moment a legislature sits. Some of what is published here is already wrong, and we would rather hear it from you than from the person who cited it.

What happens next

  1. 1 The report is checked against the source you give and against the source already attached to the field. A correction is never applied on assertion alone, including ours.
  2. 2 If the record is wrong, the value is changed and the change is recorded as a dated event. History is appended here, never overwritten — the old value stays visible in the timeline with the date it was superseded.
  3. 3 A material correction — one that changes what a reader would conclude — is marked on the page itself. A typographical fix is not; pretending otherwise would bury the corrections that matter.
  4. 4 If you leave an address, you hear what was decided, including when we conclude the record was right as it stood and why.

The path or the full address of the page the error is on.

Required. A statute, a judgment, an official publication — the thing that shows the correct position. Without it the correction cannot be verified and will sit in the queue.
